As a preneed sales adviser, you will be trained to use a service/conversational approach to build caring relationships, set appointments, and educate families and the community on the benefits of pre-planning.
The Outlook Group provides the training, support, and marketing assistance needed for you to be successful. We specialize in working with professionals who are not familiar with the funeral profession and who do not have a Life Insurance license.
The successful candidate must have a North Carolina funeral director’s license and a life insurance license or be able to obtain at time of placement, have excellent communication skills, high integrity, be a self-starter, and must enjoy working in a team environment. Previous sales and/or funeral profession skills preferred but not required. Small group public speaking required. Excellent commission structure and benefits available.
